What are the benefits of Vipareet Rajyoga?

In our classics it is written that when the lords of 6th, 8th or 12th go into any of these houses (but not in their own house, say 6th lord in 6th house) from the ascendant, the Yoga forms.

Now, Why? Actually, the 6th, 8th, and 12th houses are trik houses, capable of giving bad results. So, when they go into another trik house, then that house and the lord going in that house both get destroyed to some extent. Basically two negatives giving a positive.

Note: I have not taken own house because in practise it is found to be weak Vipreet Rajyoga, and sometimes don’t even a rajyoga. Because 6th in 6th will make enemies strong, similarly for 8th and 12th significations but, if Lagna is strong then it applies well.

This Yoga has 3 different forms:

Harsha Vipreet Rajyoga

This Yoga occurs when the 6th lord goes in the 6th, 8th or 12th house from the ascendant. In this the 6th lord is getting destroyed and also destroys the 8th house. Gives weak enemies, and gains after some small fight, though it can be bad for health if lagna is weak.

6th lord in 12th, destroys the 12th house but aspects the 6th house making house strong, but the lord in 12th is destroyed. This gives strong enemies but they destroy themselves automatically. Diseases come but get cured as well, service in foreign countries but after some struggle. It is good for wealth.

Note: There is a major difference between lord and house, lord is always the manager of the house. For ex: If lagna is weak then a person may be physically weak but if lord is strong then management of self is excellent.

Saral Vipreet Rajyoga

This Yoga occurs when the 8th lord goes in the 6th, 8th or 12th house from the ascendant. Here the 8th lord is destroyed & destroys the other houses as well. 8th is obstacles and hidden affairs, also expenses of father, may be his dismissal too. So, something is gained from his loss or from inheritance or after a lot of transformation. Like: 8th in 12th house, can give foreign settlement after death of father, because native may have father’s responsibility on him and he was unable to go. There can be many variations. Getting name and fame after death is also possible, after getting into scandals as well. Or getting a lottery in foreign, may be a good reputation in hospital due surgery. Good for surgeons.

Vimala Vipreet Rajyoga

This Yoga occurs when the 12th lord goes in the 6th, 8th or 12th house from the ascendant. Similarly lords and houses get destroyed. 12th in 6th will aspect the 12th house, making it strong but lord is in vain. Success after leaving home, gains from others problems, doctors, journalists etc. Similarly, 12th in 8th can give a major good transformation in life after some hospitality or transformation, or expenses on purchasing lotteries and then winning a big amount.

Can astrology predict between love marriage and love cum arranged marriage?

Love marriage and love cum arranged marriage have very slight differences. In love marriage, generally couples get married without approval of family or parents, they inform them later. In love-cum arranged marriage, they inform and approve it from the family. Also, marriage happens with all rituals in India.

Now the challenge for an astrologer is to see it in horoscope, the difference is very slight in astrological terms.

Role of Planets

The Significator of marriage is Venus, Jupiter is the ritual of any marriage, Rahu and Ketu play the role of going against the family. Mars is also important for required courage. Moon gives emotions, and is very important in love marriages.

Role of Houses

7th is the main house of marriage, 5th is the house of emotions and love. 9th house is the ritual of marriage. The 8th house is elopement.

Now, the usage of the above mentioned houses and planets.

Love marriage

There should be an association of 5th and 7th house, along with Venus, Moon and Mars influence. They can be lord of these houses as well. Rahu and Ketu should also have some influence on these houses. Don’t take the aspect of them, their axis in 1-7 or 5-11 axis, 5th or 7th lord in their lunar mansions or nakshatra. 9th and 3rd houses can also have Rahu-Ketu influence. Jupiter’s influence should be weak.

In case of elopement, the 8th lord is also involved. But a movable sign or any planet ruling movable sign.

Love-cum arranged marriage

Similar 5th and 7th combination, along with Venus, Moon and Mars influence. The Rahu-Ketu role is also there, but in this Jupiter becomes the game changer. A strong Jupiter help is required with good Sun as well. Along with that, the 9th house should not have ill effects.

***Apart from these, the dasha also holds the major role, one should have the dasha of a good 9th house.
